How to book:
You have two ways to book.
The first option is to follow the steps below.
The second option is to call directly through the Amex Experiences app.
Scroll down to Benefits, find Bicester Village, and click Book Appointment or Reserve Parking.
Alternatively, you can email the Bicester Village team with:
• Your car registration plate
• Your visit date

Your VIP Pass will be waiting for you at check-in when you arrive and park.
Hands-Free Shopping
What you get:
A complimentary hands-free shopping service. Drop off your bags and collect everything at the end of your visit.

Ask the team when you arrive. They’ll give you a QR code to activate the service.
Personal Shopping Appointment
What you get:
A private shopping session with a Bicester stylist in their exclusive VIP shopping suite.
